Bella is a 5-year-old Pug bursting with charm, character, and just the right amount of cheekiness. She’s a sociable, affectionate girl who loves being part of the action and never fails to make her people smile. Bella is looking for a loving home with a secure, private garden, not just for lounging but also to support her regular exercise routine as she works on her weight-loss journey. She would thrive in a calm household where she can be the centre of attention, and she won’t be shy about asking for it! Bella is best suited to an owner who can stick to a consistent routine, including multiple daily walks and a carefully managed diet. She could live with children of all ages and has previously shared her home happily with dogs and cats, making her a great match for a wide range of homes. New owners should be understanding of the common health considerations associated with brachycephalic (flat-faced) breeds, including the importance of managing her exercise and breathing needs with care.

Bella is a delightfully funny, affectionate Pug who’s full of personality and always ready to brighten your day. Whether she’s rolling onto her back for belly rubs, doing her signature snore during a nap, or trotting along politely on her walk, Bella knows how to bring joy and laughter to every moment. She walks beautifully on the lead, keeping a loose heel beside you, and she’s a dream companion for anyone who enjoys regular strolls with a sociable sidekick. Though she’s not fussed about toys, Bella does enjoy a good chew bone and absolutely loves snuggling up next to her favourite humans for a well-earned snooze. She’s crate trained, fully housetrained, and happy to be left alone for 2–4 hours, whether she’s snoozing on the sofa, in her crate, or making herself comfy on your bed. At night, Bella sleeps peacefully in the living room. She starts off in her crate with the door open, but often chooses the sofa for the rest of her snooze. After a few initial barks during her first nights settling in, she now sleeps soundly without fuss, happy and content in her new routine. Bella also travels well in the car, secured in the back seat with a harness. She may pant or whine a little at first but settles quickly and travels comfortably. Bella does have some ongoing medical needs, which will be discussed in more detail following a successful application. She’s incredibly tolerant and easy to manage with her routine, and her loving nature makes every effort worthwhile. With her laid-back nature, affectionate heart, and general silliness, Bella will make a truly special companion for a family who can support her health and fitness goals and offer her the comfort, companionship, and belly scratches she so clearly adores and deserves.
